Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role serves as the first point of contact for the company and plays a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and route incoming calls and emails efficiently.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Maintain and organize both digital and physical records and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly expense and income reports.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, placing orders when inventory is low.
- Coordinate with other departments to support overall office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a welcoming attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
