Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Secretary to support the daily administrative operations of our MEP Building Materials company. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative tasks, including answering calls, emails, and scheduling meetings.
Prepare and maintain company documents, reports, and correspondence.
Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and paper-based).
Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams.
Follow up on deliveries, quotations, and customer inquiries.
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Support HR and accounts departments with documentation when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant (experience in MEP or construction industry is a plus).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
