Job description

Lead the formulation, innovation, and optimization of ink products, ensuring performance targets like adhesion, viscosity, drying time, color strength, printability, and environmental compliance are met.
Manage the full product development lifecycle from lab-scale prototypes to pilot production and full-scale manufacturing, aligning formulations with manufacturing capabilities.
Collaborate with production, regulatory, sales, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance with standards, support customer needs, and maintain detailed documentation.
Drive cost reduction and sustainability initiatives by optimizing raw materials, improving existing products, and incorporating new technologies such as low-VOC and bio-based ink solutions

2. Lawyer – Commercial Contracts

Job Description

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts in the oil & gas sector.
Interpret contract changes and amendments proposed by clients, highlighting risks and proposing countermeasures.
Liaise with and engage external legal firms where required, ensuring cost-effective and quality legal support.
