- Identify, target, and secure new corporate and leisure clients, developing strong relationships to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, annual sales plans, and territory management initiatives aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, set clear targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Conduct regular market research, analyze trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide management with actionable insights and sales performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic nationals, 35 – 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- At least 5 years relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably with corporate and leisure travel exposure.
- With strong knowledge of ERP, sales forecasting, reporting tools, and excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
