Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate international and local shipments from order to delivery
- Prepare Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and Bill of Lading
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs clearance agents
- Follow up on payments and shipping schedules with clients and suppliers
- Track and update shipment status and provide regular updates to management and clients
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and documentation for audit and compliance
- Ensure adherence to local and international logistics and trade compliance regulations
- Coordinate closely with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams
- Manage import/export requirements for polymer and steel materials

Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or international trade (experience with polymer or steel products preferred)
- Strong knowledge of international shipping documentation (LCs, Incoterms, HS Codes, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics software (ERP, shipment trackers, etc.)
- Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred)
- Familiarity with UAE customs procedures and Free Zone operations is a plus
