    Description:

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate international and local shipments from order to delivery
    • Prepare Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and Bill of Lading
    • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs clearance agents
    • Follow up on payments and shipping schedules with clients and suppliers
    • Track and update shipment status and provide regular updates to management and clients
    • Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and documentation for audit and compliance
    • Ensure adherence to local and international logistics and trade compliance regulations
    • Coordinate closely with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams
    • Manage import/export requirements for polymer and steel materials

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or international trade (experience with polymer or steel products preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of international shipping documentation (LCs, Incoterms, HS Codes, etc.)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly organized and able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics software (ERP, shipment trackers, etc.)
    • Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred)
    • Familiarity with UAE customs procedures and Free Zone operations is a plus
