Job Details:
1. Stock Inputting:
- GRN stock into our MAM system.
- Prepare a list of price increases for any retail products.
2. Stock Taking:
- Audit Bins. Daily Stock Counts.
- Reorganization of Stock Bins.
- Stock Cleansing.
3. Stock Reports:
- Special Orders Not Sold.
- Sales Margin on parts sold each week.
- Report on Parts with Free Stock and No Stock take Record.
4. Purchasing/Ordering Stock from Suppliers:
- Purchase Manager Training to be confirmed.
5. Debtors:
- Phone calls/Debt collection.
- Lodgments & allocating accounts.
6. Bar Code Set Up:
- Co-ordinate the setting up of the bar code system with MAM.
7. Returns:
- Credit Notes for returns must be matched to MAM.
8. Clean Data Base:
- Training will be provided.
- You will be required to delete obsolete stock part numbers from our Data Base.
9. Website:
- Training will be provided.
- Uploading part numbers and descriptions onto a CSV file.
- All price increases must be amended on this CSV file daily and on our website.
- Update website prices.
- Add new products and descriptions as well as photos to website.
- Process online sales.
10. Accounts:
- General accounts work and be able to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience is essential preferably with motor trade/hardware/building providers/grocery stores.
