    Job description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently and ensure smooth workflow.
    • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
    • Monitor food quality, presentation, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
    • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
    • Prepare budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
    • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and labor regulations.
    • Report regularly to the owner or senior management on operational performance.

    Skills

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role (minimum 3–5 years).
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Customer-oriented with a passion for hospitality.
