Job description
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive person to join our Holiday Homes team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our properties and for coordinating the operational team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of holiday homes
- Coordination of cleaning staff and drivers
- Stock control and purchase of necessary materials
- Management of booking calendars and guest communication
- Use and management of the Hostaway platform
- Supervision of operations and delegation of tasks within the team
Skills
Requirements:
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in Holiday Homes management or similar activities
- Ability to coordinate a team and work under pressure
- Knowledge of the Hostaway platform (or similar)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Valid driving license
- Strong problem-solving attitude and sense of responsibility
