Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day maintenance across a portfolio of over 40 residential properties in Dubai. Currently we are using companies and services, but it doesn’t make economical sense.
You’ll handle routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and urgent call-outs for villas and apartments under the portfolio.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable using digital tools to log and report completed work.
We need someone all round who can do everything from paint, minor HVAC service, plumbing, electrical.
Must have a driving license.
Skills
– Perform general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, minor HVAC)
– Diagnose and repair appliances (washing machines, ovens, fridges, etc.)
– Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance checks
– Maintain exterior areas (BBQ, pergolas, gardens, water features)
– Record all maintenance jobs in our software system with photos and notes
– Coordinate with property managers and tenants to schedule works
– Ensure compliance with safety standards and property guidelines
– Manage materials, tools, and supplies efficiently
– Report recurring or high-cost issues for management review
