Role Overview
We are seeking ambitious and experienced Real Estate Agents with a proven sales background. The right candidate will be client-focused, target-driven, and ready to thrive in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, property portals, and social media.
- Manage client inquiries and provide expert guidance on sales, leasing, and investments.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Promote listings across platforms (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, social media).
- Stay updated on market trends, RERA regulations, and developer launches.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain strong after-sales service.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years sales experience (real estate preferred).
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license and car preferred.
- Fluency in English (other languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Chinese are a plus).
