Job description
Supervise and manage tile installation works on-site, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
– Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
– Monitor progress, prepare site reports, and resolve technical/site issues.
– Manage workforce and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
– Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction, preferably with tile or finishing works in UAE.
– Strong leadership and project management skills.
– Fluent in Arabic with good English.
– Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
– Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
