With over 400+ locations worldwide, our Dubai club brings the same premium experience to the heart of the UAE’s waterfront lifestyle. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to lead membership sales and help us grow our boating community in Dubai.

    Your Role

    As the Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving new membership growth through direct sales, events, and partnerships. You’ll serve as the face of Freedom Boat Club in Dubai, engaging prospects, delivering excellent service, and converting leads into long-term members.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a monthly sales plan to meet and exceed membership targets
    • Manage inbound leads and conduct follow-up communication via calls, emails, and tours
    • Host club tours and demo rides to showcase the FBC experience
    • Organize and attend marketing events, expos, and open houses to generate leads
    • Build relationships with high-end clientele, hospitality groups, and referral partners
    • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly sales reporting
    • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure a seamless member journey

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, real estate, or luxury services
    • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
    • Strong interpersonal skills, confident communicator, and polished presenter
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
    • Fluent in English; Arabic and Russian are a bonus
    • Team player
