Salary: 6,000 – 7,000
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead full-cycle project delivery — design coordination, procurement, execution, commissioning, and handover.
· Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
· Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.).
· Supervise teams across multiple concurrent projects.
· Ensure compliance with UAE codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
· Oversee procurement and logistics, including international sourcing when applicable.
· Prepare reports, progress updates, and cost control documentation.
Skills
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Civil Engineering.
· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with proven record managing steel structure and mixed-use developments.
· Holder of Unlimited Construction License preferred; G+4 minimum acceptable.
· Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
· Familiarity with military or government infrastructure standards is advantageous.
· Primavera software
· PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
· Valid UAE driving license.
