Job description
- Develop, enforce, and monitor company policies and procedures, ensuring full adherence across all teams and consistent HR practices throughout the organization.
- Track, analyze, and report on team KPIs; provide actionable feedback and drive initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and employee engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver targeted training programs to upskill employees, strengthen competencies, and support career growth within the legal consultancy.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new hires; foster a positive, motivated, and collaborative work environment that enhances team spirit and retention

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP, HRCI) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa procedures, and HR compliance
- Proven experience in corporate or legal environments, ideally handling UAE labor law compliance, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and HR analytics tools
