    Job description

    We are looking for a female Administrative Assistant to provide efficient office support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple administrative tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage office correspondence, phone calls, and emails

    Prepare and maintain records, reports, and filing systems

    Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements

    Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and company documents

    Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment

    Support HR and accounting teams with documentation and data entry

    Handle confidential information with discretion

    Assist management and other departments with administrative needs

    Skills

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field

    Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Secretary

    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong organizational and time management abilities

    Professional appearance and positive attitude
