Job description
Sabaku is a Japanese-inspired specialty coffee brand in new central Sharjah. We’re hiring a hands-on creator to plan, shoot, and edit standout food/drink photos and short-form videos for Instagram/TikTok that match our minimal aesthetic and drive real visits.
You’ll own day-to-day content—from quick reels and launch teasers to on-site event coverage—working closely with the team to keep our channels fresh, accurate, and on-brand. English is required; Arabic is preferred.
You will need to:
- Plan weekly content; shoot & edit reels/photos (product, lifestyle, BTS)
- Write concise captions (EN must, AR preferred); schedule & publish
- Capture launches/pop-ups; deliver same-day teasers and 24–48h recaps
- Keep highlights, pinned posts, link-in-bio, and asset library up to date
- Track basics (views, ER%, saves/shares, CTR) and iterate on what works
Skills
Must-have
- Strong F&B photo/video portfolio (restaurant/café work)
- Instagram/TikTok content production: plan → shoot → edit → post
- Editing: CapCut/Premiere + Lightroom/Photoshop
- Excellent English copywriting (hooks, captions); basic analytics/UTMs
- Brand eye: composition, natural light, color consistency; organized file management
- Reliable on-site coverage (events/launches) with fast turnarounds

- Arabic copywriting
- Website management (Squarespace basics, link-in-bio, Google Business Profile/listings)
- Graphic design (Canva/Figma templates, simple posters/menus)
- Simple ad cuts/variants for paid social; thumbnail/cover design
- Basic CRM (email/WhatsApp lists), promo codes, and reporting in Sheets
