Job description
Lead technical communication and coordination with clients such as ADNOC, KOC, MOC, and CNPC, including requirement clarification, technical discussions, evaluation meetings, and project follow-ups.
Drive project initiation, technical confirmation, material preparation, scheduling, and overall project progress from design to execution.
Assist in preparing and drafting mechanical AICD/ICD water-control solutions, chemical water-shutoff (gel/chemical) proposals, and other technical documents.
Support field operations including tool coordination, documentation preparation, on-site technical follow-up,and post-job performance evaluation.
Participate in customer training, technical presentations, workshops, and technology promotion activities.
Maintain effective communication channels with key clients (ADNOC, KOC, MOC, CNPC, etc.), ensuring timely follow-up of technical requirements and business opportunities.
Support the company’s business development, technical promotion, project management, and commercial coordination across the Middle East region.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, Production Engineering, Geology, or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with AICD/ICD inflow control technology, chemical water shutoff, production engineering, well completion, or reservoir management is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to professionally prepare technical proposals, PPTs, reports, and engineering documentation.
- Strong client-facing capability, technical presentation skills, and cross-department coordination experience.
- Experience with major oilfield service companies (SLB, Halliburton, Baker Hughes, Weatherford) is a strong advantage.
- Willing to travel within the region (UAE, Kuwait, Iraq, etc.).
- High level of professionalism, responsibility, and execution.
