Sales Executive

    Role Overview

    We are looking for a motivated Aviation Parts Sales Executive who will be responsible for sourcing, quoting, and selling aircraft spare parts to global airlines, MROs, and aviation brokers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and source aircraft parts from suppliers, brokers, and stockists.
    • Prepare and send quotations to customers via email/WhatsApp/marketplaces (StockMarket.aero, ILS, PartsBase, Locatory, Aeroxchange, etc.)
    • Handle RFQs, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
    • Manage customer relationships and provide quick response to inquiries.
    • Update and maintain inventory lists and sales records.
    • Coordinate with logistics for shipping, packing, and documentation.
    • Ensure all parts have proper certification (FAA 8130, EASA Form 1, Trace, Back-to-Birth).
    • Track ongoing deals and follow up with customers to maximize sales.
    • Stay updated with aviation market trends and pricing.

    Requirements / Skills

    • Experience in aviation spare parts sales preferred.
    • Good understanding of aircraft parts (PN, SN, OH/SV/AR/NEW conditions).
    • Knowledge of aviation marketplaces (ILS, StockMarket.aero, Locatory).
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
    • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
    • Basic knowledge of shipping, packing, and export documentation.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience in MRO, airline, or aviation trading company.
    • Understanding of certification: 8130, EASA, ARC, Back-to-Birth.
    • Knowledge of aircraft types (A320, B737, A330, B767, etc.) and engine models.
