What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in real estate or sales is preferred (strong performers from other industries are welcome)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market is an advantage
Ability to work independently in a performance-based environment
