    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production, Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to support the end-to-end supply chain for a luxury retail and merchandising operation. This role is central to managing the production timelines, coordinating international logistics, and maintaining high-accuracy inventory control across multiple locations and collections. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury goods or fashion, a strong appreciation for craftsmanship and detail, and a solid understanding of premium product flow from concept to store.

    Key Responsibilities:Production Coordination

    – Manage production timelines for seasonal and capsule collections across local and international ateliers and manufacturers.

    – Coordinate with designers, product developers, and suppliers to ensure alignment with brand quality standards and critical deadlines.

    – Monitor the status of production orders and proactively resolve delays or quality issues.

    – Maintain detailed production trackers and support the timely delivery of samples and finished goods.

    Luxury Logistics Management

    – Oversee the movement of high-value goods from suppliers to distribution centers, retail locations, or clients.

    – Liaise with premium logistics partners to ensure white-glove handling, customs clearance, and secure, on-time deliveries.

    – Prepare and manage shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin as needed.

    – Handle the logistics for seasonal launches, pop-ups, and exclusive client deliveries.

    Inventory Management

    – Maintain real-time, accurate inventory across warehouses, boutiques, and online platforms.

    – Coordinate physical inventory counts and audits, investigating and reconciling variances.

    – Analyze sell-through data and work closely with merchandising to optimize replenishment and allocation.

    – Implement and improve inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and enhance efficiency.

    Cross-Functional Support

    – Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Buying, Retail, E-Commerce, and Finance teams to align operational execution with commercial goals.

    – Support new store openings and seasonal retail campaigns with production and stock planning.

    – Assist in reporting for internal reviews, vendor performance, and KPI tracking.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    – Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

    – 5+ years experience in a similar role within the luxury, fashion, or high-end retail industry.

    – Familiarity with global sourcing, premium packaging, and brand presentation standards.

    – Proficiency in inventory software and Excel.

    – Working knowledge of international freight and customs regulations.

    – Fluency in English (other languages a plus, especially French or Italian).
