Job Purpose:
Coordinate day to day operations of landside transport, smooth provision of reliable and efficient transport services for employees and departments, ensuring their safe and timely transportation to various locations.
Key Result Areas:
1.Manage the day-to-day operations of the control room, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
2.Monitor and control transport activities through advanced control systems, complying with operational protocols.
3.Coordinate and collaborate with various departments to maintain seamless communication and operational continuity.
4. Monitor effective transport operational plans in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
5.Analyse transport data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
6. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely servicing and repair of transport vehicles and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of transport activities, including incident reports, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.

Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience:
Education Qualification:
a)Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
b)Proven experience in transport operations management, preferably in a control room environment.
Work Experience:
a) Years of Experience: 5 years in logistics related industry
Skills:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
Proficient in MS office, ERP & using advanced control systems / software for transport management.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Leadership qualities with a focus on fostering teamwork and collaboration.
