Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Warehouse Manager to lead and manage all warehouse operations at a secure military facility in Abu Dhabi. The role requires expertise in inventory management, team supervision, and the use of ERP/WMS systems to ensure accurate tracking and efficient logistics support for mission-critical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse functions including receiving, storage, dispatch, and documentation of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and warehouse management systems.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely supply chain flow.
- Enforce safety, security, and compliance protocols in line with military regulations.
- Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and accountability.
- Handle storage of sensitive, technical, and classified items with strict inventory control.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a military, defense, or high-security environment.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, EPICOR).
- Strong understanding of inventory control, material handling, and HSE standards.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
