Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on menu items, and offer recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen staff.
- Serve orders promptly while ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness.
- Process payments accurately and follow proper cash/card handling procedures.
- Comply with hygiene, health, and safety standards in accordance with UAE regulations.
- Assist with opening/closing duties and general restaurant upkeep.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, hotel, or café environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
- Presentable, professional appearance with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tables.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
