    A well-established international trading company with operations in the UAE and India is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support day-to-day administrative and operational functions. The company deals in industrial products and maintains high standards in compliance, documentation, and internal coordination.

    Role Overview:
    We’re looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage office coordination, basic financial tasks, and documentation processes. The ideal candidate should have experience handling administrative support in a structured environment and be familiar with UAE PRO processes and office systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day office coordination, including vendor follow-ups, facility needs, and supplies
    • Handle PRO-related paperworkpetty cash, and basic invoicing
    • Assist with HR onboardingtravel bookings, and maintain inventory documentation
    • Organize and maintain ISO-style filing systems for supplier contracts, certificates of conformity (CoCs), and import-related permits
    • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth flow of documentation and administrative support

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in an administrative or office coordination role in the UAE
    • Familiarity with PRO procedurespetty cash handling, and basic accounting/invoicing
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in document management
    • Ability to support HR and logistics functions (onboarding, travel, inventory records)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and file management systems
    • Good communication skills and a professional, team-oriented approach
