HR Officer

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month

    About the Role:

    We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Officer to manage and support the full spectrum of HR operations across three group companies. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in UAE labor laws and HR best practices, capable of handling end-to-end HR functions—from visa processing to employee onboarding, payroll, exit formalities, and general HR administration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day HR activities across three companies
    • Manage visa processing, renewals, and cancellations in line with UAE regulations
    • Facilitate seamless onboarding of new employees, ensuring proper documentation and orientation
    • Administer monthly payroll, including attendance records, overtime, and deductions
    • Execute offboarding processes, including final settlements, exit interviews, and visa cancellations
    • Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws
    • Track leave balances, monitor attendance, and handle HR documentation efficiently
    • Address employee queries and provide timely HR support
    • Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and procedures

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably handling multiple business units
    • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa, and immigration processes
    • Excellent organizationalinterpersonal, and communication skills
    • Strong ability to multitask and manage priorities across different entities
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
    • High level of confidentialityintegrity, and attention to detail
