Admin/Office Manager

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Administrative Support : Handle daily administrative tasks such as answering calls, emails, and scheduling meetings.Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

    2. Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and maintain accurate records and files. Organize and update company documents, contracts, and correspondence. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

    3. Office Assistance: Greet visitors and manage front-desk operations as needed. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow. Perform data entry and maintain databases.

    4. Compliance: Ensure all documentation adheres to company policies and legal standards. Assist with internal audits and compliance reporting.

    5. Miscellaneous Tasks: Provide support to senior management as required. Handle ad hoc assignments and projects.

    Experience:

    • UAE: 1 year (Required)
