    A cum Admin Assistant – Job Responsibilities

    • Personal Assistance to Chairman & Managing Director
    • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transport.
    • Assist in the preparation and submission of visa applications (e.g., Schengen, US, UK, etc.).
    • Maintain and update the executive calendar; schedule meetings and appointments.
    • Handle confidential documents and correspondence with discretion.
    • Administrative Support
    • Provide general administrative support such as drafting emails, filing, and documentation.
    • Manage office supplies, courier services, and coordination with service providers.
    • Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
    • Creative and Marketing Support
    • Design brochures, flyers, invitations, and other marketing or event materials.
    • Support in presentation preparation and formatting as required by management.
    • Assist in managing social media or digital content (if applicable).
    • Event Planning and Coordination
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events, meetings, and functions.
    • Handle logistics such as venue booking, guest coordination, catering, and event materials.
    • Communication and Liaison
    • Act as a point of contact between the Chairman/MD and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors appropriately.
    • Other Duties
    • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Chairman and MD.
    • Ensure timely follow-up and completion of tasks and responsibilities.
