Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the executive’s email communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding scheduling, candidate communications, and documentation
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure smooth workflow and internal communication
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
- Translate and draft formal correspondence, reports, and presentations in Arabic and English
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Assist with travel arrangements, executive calendars, and logistics planning.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- Minimum 5 years’ UAE experience in a similar executive or administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and polished professional presence
- Excellent written communication and email management abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
