Executive Assistant to the Chairman

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: AED10,000.00 per month

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic Support & Advisory:

    • Act as a key thought partner to the CEO, providing objective advice, insightful analysis, and strategic recommendations on a wide range of business initiatives and challenges.
    • Conduct in-depth research, synthesize complex information, and prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the CEO, Board of Directors, investors, and other stakeholders.
    • Assist in the development, articulation, and execution of company strategy, annual priorities, and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
    • Anticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities or potential issues that require the CEO’s attention.

    2. Operational Excellence & Project Management:

    • Drive and oversee key strategic projects and initiatives from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with the CEO’s vision and company objectives.
    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure seamless execution of priorities, often serving as a bridge between the CEO and various department heads.
    • Monitor progress on key projects and initiatives, identify bottlenecks, and work to resolve issues or escalate as appropriate.
    • Prepare and manage executive meeting agendas, capture key decisions and action items, and ensure timely follow-up and accountability.

    3. Communication & Liaison:

    • Draft, review, and edit critical internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO (e.g., company-wide announcements, investor updates, presentations, speeches, memos).
    • Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison for internal executives, external partners, and key stakeholders, effectively prioritizing and managing communication flow to and from the CEO.
    • Represent the CEO in certain meetings or discussions, conveying the CEO’s perspective and gathering necessary information.
    • Assist in preparing for all CEO engagements, including meeting preparation, background research, and ensuring all necessary materials are organized.

    4. Executive Office Management & Confidentiality:

    • Manage a complex and dynamic calendar for the CEO, prioritizing appointments, travel, and commitments to maximize efficiency and strategic focus.
    • Handle highly sensitive information with the utmost discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
    • Oversee and streamline administrative processes within the CEO’s office to ensure efficiency and organization.
