Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain organized records of all data, pictures, and documentation related to driver collections and waste segregation.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the data analysis and operational teams.
- Monitor driver collections to ensure all relevant data is accurately captured.
- Collect and enter data into Excel templates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor and take pictures of segregation processes to ensure proper documentation.
- Perform routine checks to ensure the integrity of equipment and report issues to the appropriate department.
- Identify and report any damaged equipment or discrepancies in collection procedures.
- Collaborate with the Data Analyst to ensure accurate reporting and support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in preparing reports using Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI (if required).
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of the data collected.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proficiency in Office 365 tools mainly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Excellent speaking and writing English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
- High typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively and interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly. Analytical skills for data interpretation and report generation.
