Job Description:
We are seeking friendly, attentive, and customer-oriented Waiters and Waitresses to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and present menus
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Process payments and issue receipts as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Physically fit to stand and walk for long periods
