Call Center Representative

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month

    We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be the vital link between our parking management services and our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    – Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding parking services promptly and professionally.

    – Provide accurate information about parking rates, regulations, and availability.

    – Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure positive outcomes.

    – Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

    – Collaborate with the parking operations team to relay customer feedback and improve service delivery.

    – Support billing inquiries and assist with payment processing when necessary.

    – Follow company protocols and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

    – Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably within parking or transportation sectors.

    – Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented attitude.

    – Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and patience.

    – Proficient with basic computer applications and call center software.

    – Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.

    – Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
