Guest Relations Officer

    Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,500.00 per month

    We are seeking a warm, proactive, and customer-focused Guest Relations Officer to ensure an exceptional experience for our holiday home guests. You will be the face of the company—welcoming guests, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues with grace and efficiency.     Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome guests based on arrival lists
    • Monitor daily bookings and ensure all assigned units are guest-ready before check-in
    • Handle the check-in/check-out process, including payments and documentation
    • Provide guests with welcome folders and essential information about the unit and area
    • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, both in person and digitally
    • Anticipate guest needs, build rapport, and deliver a personalized experience
    • Address and resolve complaints professionally; escalate when necessary
    • Coordinate guest communications between housekeeping, maintenance, and other internal teams
    • Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and guest satisfaction procedures
    • Keep accurate daily records in the guest logbook
    • Analyze guest feedback (in person and online) and recommend service improvements
