Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
The Customer Service Representative plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty within the Business Support Services. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide virtual customer assistance through chat support.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chats ( Not a sales nature )
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide accurate information regarding orders to customers.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer feedback & provide excellence service
Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and service strategies.

Willing to work :
The position requires a rotational schedule.
Work hours are from 10 AM to 10 PM (and vice versa). 2 hours break
The role involves a 5-day work week. ( 2 days holidays )
Employees must work on public holidays. Compensation will be provided as per UAE law.
