Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,500.00 per month
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Fleet & Operations Management
- Oversee daily rental operations, including vehicle allocations, reservations, and logistics to ensure seamless customer service.
- Monitor the availability, condition, and utilization of the vehicle fleet.
- Monitor fleet availability, maintenance schedules, and vehicle readiness using Speed CRS to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to track repairs and ensure compliance with RTA regulations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing vehicle inspections.
- Ensure timely delivery and collection of rental vehicles to/from customers.
- Ensure that all the details including photos and videos are updated in the system.
2. Speed Software Utilization
- Generate real-time reports from Speed CRS on fleet utilization, revenue trends, and customer bookings to support decision-making.
- Manage digital rental agreements, e-signatures, and document storage within the system for paperless operations.
- Use the Speed mobile app for inspections, damage documentation, and GPS tracking of vehicles.
3. Customer Service Coordination & Supervision
- Address customer complaints related to rentals, leveraging system data to resolve disputes efficiently.
- Oversee front-desk and customer-facing teams to ensure professional service.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Ensure rental agreements are correctly processed and customer needs are met.
4. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to UAE car rental laws (e.g., RTA requirements) and company policies.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports (e.g., profitability, fleet turnover) using Speed CRS analytics.
5. Team Supervision & Collaboration
- Train staff on Speed software functionalities, including GPS tracking and electronic KYC processes.
- Supervise and schedule drivers and cleaning personnel.
- Monitor performance and provide training or coaching as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
- Support the Operations Manager in strategic initiatives, such as fleet expansion or process automation.
6. Daily Operations & Administration
- Ensure all rentals, returns, and vehicle movements are accurately recorded.
- Maintain proper documentation for contracts, fines, fuel charges, and damages.
- Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly Operational & Fleet reports.
7. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure vehicles and operations comply with UAE RTA, Insurance and traffic regulations.
- Conduct regular safety and compliance audits.
- Handle accident or damage reporting procedures.
8. Vendor and Partner Coordination
- Liaise with service center/ Workshop for the timely delivery of the vehicles.,
- Negotiate service terms for repairs, parts, and maintenance.
10. Reporting to Management
- Provide regular updates on operational status, KPIs, and areas of improvement.
- Support strategic planning for fleet expansion or branch performance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Technical: Advanced proficiency in Speed CRS, including report generation, data reconciliation, and integrations.
- Any other systems like Node, Focus or any ERPS software is highly desirable.
- Analytical: Ability to interpret system-generated insights to optimize operations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including excel is mandatory.
- Communication: Fluency in English (Arabic a plus) for client and team interactions.
- Relevant Experience: 2-3 years prior UAE car rental industry experience on the same level is Mandatory.
