Data Analyst & Office Administrator

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month

    Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting

    • Collect, compile, and analyze weighbridge and production reports from all sites
    • Ensure timely submission of reports by relevant departments or staff
    • Highlight discrepancies or delays in data and escalate where needed
    • Prepare summary reports and dashboards as required by management

    Administrative & Office Management

    • Manage company insuranceproperty lease, and license renewals; track expiry dates and initiate renewal processes
    • Handle NOC expiries and ensure timely applications or extensions
    • Maintain digital and physical filing of company documents, contracts, and renewals in a well-organized system
    • Answer and manage incoming office calls and emails professionally
    • Respond to management requests and assist with various administrative tasks as assigned
    • Maintain meeting rooms, greet visitors, and serve tea/coffee/refreshments
    • Oversee pantry supplies and coordinate restocking with procurement
    • Coordinate with vendors or service providers for office needs (e.g., maintenance, courier, etc.)

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field
    • 4 years of experience in a combined admin/data handling role
    • Experience in document controlrenewals tracking, or insurance coordination is a strong advantage

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Basic data analysis and reporting capability
    • Professional telephone and email communication skills
    • High attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
    • Ability to multitask between data, admin, and front desk duties
    • Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive matters
