Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
We are looking for a hands-on, reliable, and experienced individual to operate and manage our dark store (online-only grocery warehouse) in Dubai. You will be responsible for everything from stock handling and shelving to purchasing and order fulfillment on platforms such as Instashop, Talabat, and Deliveroo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and organize incoming stock
- Shelf products based on category, expiry, and rotation
- Pick, pack, and process online orders accurately
- Handle purchasing and supplier restocking
- Maintain inventory levels and daily reporting
- Coordinate with delivery aggregators and drivers
- Keep the dark store organized, clean, and operational
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a supermarket, grocery store, or dark store
- Experience handling orders via Instashop, Talabat, or Deliveroo is required
- Must have knowledge of local FMCG suppliers and be able to manage purchasing independently
- Familiarity with FMCG items and UAE grocery market
- Physically active, responsible, and hands-on
- Must speak English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
Working Hours:
- 6 days per week (Sunday off)
- 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Salary & Benefits:
- AED 3,000/month basic salary
- Plus sales-based commission
- Visa and employment contract provided
