Reporting directly to the Accounts & Office Manager, this role would ideally suit a team player with the ability to work independently within a small and highly motivated international team.
Job Description
- Ensuring payments, amounts and accounting records are correct.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Recording and filing cash transactions.
- Recording daily expenses.
- Processing Payroll requests for the accountant to approve.
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Google Mail & Server)
- Other Admin tasks as may be assigned.
- Office timings – 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
