Accounts Assistant

    Reporting directly to the Accounts & Office Manager, this role would ideally suit a team player with the ability to work independently within a small and highly motivated international team.

    Job Description

    • Ensuring payments, amounts and accounting records are correct.
    • Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
    • Recording and filing cash transactions.
    • Recording daily expenses.
    • Processing Payroll requests for the accountant to approve.
    • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
    • Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Google Mail & Server)
    • Other Admin tasks as may be assigned.
    • Office timings – 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

    Job Type: Full-time
