    Key Responsibilities

    • General office administration and support to management
    • Handling calls, emails, and client communication
    • Assisting with marketing coordination and follow-ups with clients
    • Preparing quotations, documentation, and maintaining records
    • Coordinating with suppliers and project teams
    • Social media posting and basic marketing tasks (advantage)

    Skills

    • Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
    • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
    • Team player with a professional attitude
