Administrative Assistant/Secretary

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month

    The ideal candidate should have secretarial or Administrative Officer experience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop an effective filing system for project key documents.
    • Prepare and administer payroll, salaries documents, leave records, and other expenses claims.
    • Responsible for administrative task.
    • Arrange and handle all logistics for meetings ; schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes.
    • Answers phone calls and supports visitors.
    • Use company-based computer system to record payments and entry data.
    • Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits.
    • Prepare BOQs.
    • Follow up on payments and handle collection of money whenever necessary.
    • Remind the management members of important tasks and deadlines and of any other commitments.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
    • Experience working in a contracting or interior consulting or fit out company is an added advantage.
    • Fluency in English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, and outlook knowledge is a must).
    • Knowledge and ability to use Tally will be an added advantage.
    • Good Organizational skills.
    • Experience in working as Secretary, Office Administrative, or QS in the UAE.

    Ability to commute/relocate:

    • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

    Experience:
