Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
We are looking for a confident, presentable, and service-driven Receptionist who can also assist with basic marketing and lead management. You will be the first face of the clinic and play a key role in both client experience and clinic growth.
This role is perfect for someone who loves aesthetics, enjoys interacting with people, and has a flair for marketing and social media.
Key Responsibilities:Reception & Front Desk Operations
- Greet and welcome all clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Handle appointment bookings (phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins).
- Manage patient registration, consultation scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Handle billing, payments, and maintain daily cash records.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception and waiting area.
- Offer refreshments to waiting clients and ensure client comfort.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, therapists, and management.
Marketing & Lead Management
- Assist with responding to leads from social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp).
- Track and follow up with leads to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Encourage and guide clients to leave Google reviews and testimonials.
- Take behind-the-scenes photos/videos (with consent) for posting or for marketing use.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on ongoing promotions or campaigns.
- Support monthly promotional activities inside the clinic.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role (preferably in a clinic or spa setting).
- Good English and Arabic communication
- Confident in handling customers and explaining treatments.
- Basic understanding of skin/aesthetic treatments is an advantage.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic marketing tools.
- Organized, punctual, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Presentable appearance and pleasant personality.
