Assistant HR

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month

    *Key Responsibilities*

    Visa & Government Compliance (30%)

    – End-to-end management of employment visas/residence

    – Liaise with Dubai government entities (GDRFA, MOHRE, Amer Centers) for document processing

    – Monitor visa renewal timelines and manage medical/insurance compliance

    Employee Lifecycle Management (30%)

    – Conduct onboarding programs tailored

    – Handle employee relations across time zones (e.g. attendance tracking, conflict resolution)

    – Manage exit clearances and final settlements per UAE labor law

    Payroll & Reporting (20%)

    – Monthly payroll processing using regional platforms (e.g. Bayzat, WPS-compliant systems)

    – Maintain accurate OT records and commission calculations for customer support agents

    – Generate HR analytics reports (attrition, headcount, compliance metrics)

    Business Partnership (20%)

    – Support customer support managers on performance calibration & disciplinary actions

    – Implement local HR initiatives aligned with global standards

    *Must-Have Qualifications*

    ✅ *Work Experience:*

    – Minimum 3 years as HR generalist *in Dubai*

    – Documented experience processing UAE visas for Southeast Asian nationals

    – Proven track record supporting 50+ employee teams

    ✅ *Technical Skills:*

    – Expertise in UAE labor law (Article 65 termination, limited/unlimited contracts)

    – WPS payroll certification & advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)

    – Familiarity with Dubai government portals (Tasheel, GDRFA app, ICP smart services)

    ✅ *Soft Skills:*

    – Cross-cultural communication fluency

    – Crisis management in high-pressure compliance situations

    – Arabic language skills (preferred for government liaison)

    Experience:

    • HR in UAE: 3 years (Required)
