We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager with 3+ years of UAE experience in construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will assist the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in project planning, execution, and progress monitoring
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors & suppliers
• Supervise site works (MEP, joinery, gypsum, etc.) ensuring safety & quality
• Track materials, manpower, and budgets
• Prepare and manage project documentation, schedules & reports
• Support in authority approvals, snagging & handover
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• 3+ years of UAE experience in interior fit-out/construction
• Strong knowledge of fit-out, joinery & MEP coordination
• Proficient in MS Office & AutoCAD
• Excellent communication, organizational & problem-solving skills
