    We are expanding our international reach and require a motivated Sales Executive to represent the company from Dubai, targeting the UAE, GCC, and MENA markets.

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a driven and experienced Industrial Sales Executive with a strong background in fasteners, sealing/polymer components or related mechanical/industrial products. This role will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, sales growth, export coordination and after-sales support. The candidate will act as the main liaison between clients and the manufacturing/export team, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivery excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients across relevant industries (Oil & Gas, Valves, Pumps, Power, Automotive, Manufacturing, Process Plants) in UAE / GCC / MENA.
    • Present and sell industrial products including fasteners (bolts, nuts, studs), PTFE/sealing components, rubber/metal bonded parts, gaskets, and other related components.
    • Prepare and deliver technical & commercial proposals, quotations, product specifications, and offer packages tailored to client requirements.
    • Manage a sales pipeline — follow up on leads, convert inquiries into confirmed orders, and follow through to contract closure.
    • Coordinate with manufacturing/export teams to ensure timely order processing, quality compliance, documentation and logistics.
    • Maintain accurate records in CRM/order-management systems, monitor delivery schedules, and manage after-sales support and client follow-ups.
    • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, distributors and channel partners.
    • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, technical meetings or client visits to expand network and promote the company’s products.
    • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, industry standards (material grades, specifications, certifications) and regulatory requirements; provide regular market feedback to the management.

    Required Experience & Qualifications

    • Minimum 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in industrial manufacturing, fasteners, sealing/polymers or mechanical/engineering components — ideally including exposure to UAE / GCC export or local sales.
    • Strong understanding of mechanical fasteners (studs, bolts, nuts), high-tensile/alloy materials, sealing solutions (PTFE, rubber-metal bonded components), and their applications in oil & gas, valves, pumps, or industrial equipment. maskfasteners.com+2maskfasteners.com+2
    • Ability to interpret technical specifications, material standards, and client requirements to recommend appropriate products.
    • Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, closing deals, and managing accounts.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
    • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently and under pressure.
    • Valid UAE residence/work visa (or eligible) or ability to relocate.
    • Willingness to travel locally/regionally when required.
    • Technical literacy to understand product specs and industrial requirements — helpful but not always mandatory.
