We are expanding and seeking a dynamic, well-presented Business Development Manager to join our UAE team. This is a high-visibility role with real responsibility; you’ll be the face of our brand to new and existing clients.
The Role
You’ll identify business opportunities, meet with senior decision-makers, and create commercial partnerships that drive results. This is not a “desk-only” job, it’s a role for someone confident, motivated, and ready to build relationships that matter.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities across UAE markets.
- Leading consultative sales meetings and presenting tailored solutions.
- Preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Managing your pipeline, following up diligently, and closing deals.
- Acting as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term growth.
Who We’re Looking For
- Smart, confident, and well-presented, able to engage senior stakeholders with ease.
- Strong communication skills (English essential; Arabic an advantage).
- Commercially minded and comfortable working with performance targets.
- Based in the UAE, willing to travel for client meetings across different emirates.
- Preference for candidates already holding a UAE resident visa (employment, family, or dependent).
- Open to both Male and Female candidates.
