Description:
– Responsible in supporting our clients by working and assigning campaigns to the delivery team.
– Uploading the delivery files in the customers portal or sharing them on email.
Responsibilities:
– Work with lead generation platforms to upload campaign delivery files and coordinate with the client and the operations team
– Keep track of all the leads delivered and share the counts with the client and delivery team
– Do weekly/bi-weekly meetings with delivery team/clients to check if all campaigns are on track
Skills
Qualifications:
– 1+ years of work experience in client coordination, call center environment, lead generations
– Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
