Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with car rental reservations, check-ins, and returns
- Deliver a high level of customer service and maintain client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and business clients
- Prospect, pitch, and close B2B rental agreements
- Track leads and sales activities using CRM tools
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain vehicle inventory knowledge and present the best rental options based on client needs
- Handle administrative tasks including contracts, insurance verifications, and payments
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in car rental, B2B sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in basic computer and CRM systems
