Salary: AED 55,000 – AED 80,000 per month

    Job description

    1. Provide the strategic vision, planning expertise, and operational leadership required to achieve brand’s operating goals.

    – Ensures that mission, goals, strategies, and plans are clearly defined and adhered to.

    – Sets performance goals (KPI) which are tailored to short-term and long-term goals.

    – Drives and directs the effective utilization and administration of the human capital, financial information, and physical resources to meet its mission, goals, strategies and plans.

    2. Advises the JV Partners on strategic business development and key corporate planning issues and make recommendations on major business decisions.

    – Update the Line manager on business activities, potential threats, opportunities, and recommended actions.

    – Help determine resource allocation among divisions.

    3. Monitors company’s business performance against performance goals to ensure that progress is being made and corrective action is taken.- Deliver to annual budgets including TSS, NPAT, ROCI, SSSG- Grow new markets and open new stores align with budgets- Ensure that preparation and presentation of brands’ budgetary and planning requirements are carried out in full accountability for human capital and monetary resources- Build an organization culture in which performance matters by communicating rewards/consequences.

    4. Supports in the development and implementation of human resources strategy in accordance with company policy.

    5. Provides leadership to the team by leading, managing, and motivating the team to ensure delivery of the agreed objectives.

    6. Performs other duties as assigned by Line Manager. 1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management or any other related fields.2. Min. 10 years of relevant experience with a strong track record of achievements3. 5-7 years in senior management positions, preferably with a global company.4. Proven track record of P/L management, leading successful and profitable business.5. Should have a mix of Operations, F&B, Commercial, Brand, Product Development and People Management/Development experience6. Able to evaluate issues, resolve problems, and successfully deliver business goals

    7. Demonstrated experience of scaling up small businesses and turning around underperforming businesses

    8. Empowered person who can influence change and drive collaboration between team.

    9. Has appreciation of cultural diversity and inclusion.
