    Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a reliable and professional individual to serve as both a Private English Tutor and Personal Secretary for a Chinese-speaking individual. This dual-role position focuses on improving the employer’s English proficiency while also supporting daily personal and professional administrative tasks.

    Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Private English Tutor

    1. Conduct regular 1-on-1 English tutoring sessions tailored to the employer’s language level and needs (spoken, written, business, travel, etc.)

    2. Assist with pronunciation, vocabulary building, and real-life conversation practice

    3. Help with English document review and corrections (emails, reports, presentations)

    4. Design lesson plans based on practical language use scenarios (e.g., meetings, travel, interviews)

    5. Track progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly

    6. Provide cultural insight and communication tips relevant to English-speaking contexts

    As a Personal Secretary

    1. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

    2. Translate conversations or documents between English and Mandarin when necessary

    3. Handle personal and business correspondence in English and/or Mandarin

    4. Prepare and organize documents, presentations, or meeting notes

    5. Accompany the employer to meetings or events and provide language support as needed

    6. Coordinate with business partners or service providers in English

    7. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in all matters

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Business Administration, or related field

    2. Prior experience as an English tutor and/or executive/personal assistant preferred

    3. Native or near-native fluency in English; fluency in Mandarin is essential

    4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills

    5. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

    6. Discretion, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity

    Other Requirements

    1. Flexible working hours (some evening/weekend availability may be needed)

    2. Ability to travel if required

    3. High level of trustworthiness and personal integrity
