We are looking for a energetic and self-driven Debt Collectors to join our team.
You will be responsible for Tracing debtors/ Contacting debtors and Negotiate payments.
You will be the main person, responsible for contact the customer, Convincing and recovering the money behalf of leading banks in UAE.
*Home country or UAE experience with similar role is added advantage.
*Candidates should available to join immediately
*The job location is Sharjah.
Roles & Responsibility: –
Adherence of COC guidelines and achieve monthly assign targets.
Manage multiple delinquent accounts.
Keep a track of assigned accounts to identify debts and recover money.
Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
Handle questions or complaints.
Traces and locates missing information that is needed to perform the job at optimum levels.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts.
